- Mash out with 5 qts boiling water.  Hold 168F for 10 minutes.
- Mash-in with 14.25 quarts 172F water.  Hold 156F for 90 minutes.
- Sparge to 7.5 gallons.
- Boil 90 minutes, hopping as indicated.
- Force chill and pitch yeast starter.
- Ferment at 55F; lager at 33F.
