- Brewed 16 May 2010.  OG: 1.052 (68% efficiency).  First
use of the RIMS; I may have to settle for the lower
efficiencies until I figure this thing out...

- Add 10 qts boiling water.  Hold 170F for 10 minutes.
- Sparge to 8 gallons.  Boil 1.5 hour, hopping as indicated.
- Strike with 14 qts 168F water.  Hold ~152F for 60 minutes.
- Chill wort, pitch yeast.
